| One of the more recognizable landmarks in the City of Balcones Heights is the Crossroads Mall of San Antonio, located at 4522 Fredericksburg Road between Dave & Busters on the one side and TexSan Heart Hospital on the other.
A successful retail environment, Crossroads Mall is home to the 30-thousand square foot Convention and Expo Center with meeting space that will allow the Mall to hold retail events and consumer shows.
Since the opening of the Norris Conference Center on the opposite side of the Mall, management of the Convention Center has been taken over by the Norris Conference Center staff.

Showing art films to first runs, “The Bijou” provides an extended menu, including beer and wine, to allow shoppers to dine while taking in a show.

The mall is conveniently located at the Loop 410/IH10 interchange in Balcones Heights.
The City of Balcones Heights and the Mall have teamed up to promote Crossroads Mall as a real competitor to the neighboring retail centers that are more traditional regional malls. It allows Crossroads Mall to compete as one of a kind for Balcones Heights and the Greater San Antonio Metroplex.
