Welcome to the City of Balcones Heights, home of Crossroads Mall and the Crossroads Convention Center.

The Balcones Heights Justice Center is located at 3300 Hillcrest across from Jim's Coffee Shop and across the street from Crossroads Mall. We are eight miles north of downtown San Antonio.

The Balcones Heights Police Department is here to serve our citizens, those who utilize our accomodations and those who pass through our City.

Balcones Heights police officers are well trained in all aspects of law enforcement. All officers are required to maintain their proficiency by keeping current on new and innovative training and are encouraged to further their education.
